Who we are
This website is run by RK Media Marketing, a UK partnership trading as RK Media ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for any personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at businessrkmediaa@gmail.com.
We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number ZC289981.
What this website collects
This website has no contact forms and no accounts. With your permission only, we use Google Analytics to see how people use the site (see Cookies). We don't use any advertising tracking. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse.
Booking a call
When you click "Book a call" you leave this website and go to our booking page on Calendly. Calendly collects the details you enter (such as your name, email address and answers to our questions) and shares them with us so we can arrange the call. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to its site.
We use those details to arrange and hold the call — including emailing you a Microsoft Teams link — and to follow up about the services you asked about. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Emailing us
If you email us, we use your message and contact details to reply. Our email is provided by Google (Gmail).
Who we share information with
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security
- Calendly — call booking
- Microsoft — Teams video calls
- Google — email and website analytics (Google Analytics, only if you accept cookies)
We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking details for up to 12 months if we don't go on to work together. If we do, we keep them for as long as we work with you and for six years afterwards for our business and tax records.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email us and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
